RACING FAN

I got my first chance working in motorsports during the 1992 and 1993 seasons at Bonneville Raceways working on the track crew. This job entailed cleaning up debris and other fluids after an accident or major mechanical failure.

In 2001 I realized a dream and got a chance to announce races for the oval track at Rocky Mountain Raceways as a fill-in both for Dave "The Professor" Turner and Rick Shane. During this time I got my first taste of radio for the "Live from the Rock" radio show from RMR on 1320 KFAN "The Sports Leader".

It was also in 2001 that I met and formed a friendship with our fearless leader, Shane Beck.

In 2002, Shane invited me to join the crew for The Racing Fan show. And I have loved every minute of it.

The people and relationships we have formed has been priceless. It is hard to believe some days the type of program we have built for our listeners who tune in every week to 1320 KFAN "The Sports Leader".

During my free team I love cheering for my favorite sports teams, the Seattle Mariners, Seattle Seahawks, and University of Washington Huskies. I also enjoy anything outdoors, and "playing" my guitar.
